A passionate business promoter, high-level connector, wealth management consultant, entrepreneur and consultant in the business venture, finance and strategy with extensive knowledge of local and global current economic, social and regulatory issues.

An inspiring and motivational leader with first-rate interpersonal skills and the ability and passion to develop the vision of any company managed. Able to push performance improvement whilst at the same time delivering growth. Possessed vast managing directorship and management experience where clear objectives and expectations always ensure it’s delivered and maintained.

Previously worked with The University of Manchester as Research Finance Officer for more than a decade, and is responsible for managing finances for the School of Engineering and Physical Sciences’ Research Projects funded by the European Commission, Research Councils and Private Institutions.  Having worked with top academics from UoM and globally, Dennis has gained invaluable experience.

Currently serving as Director of Envirolizer, an Agritech company producing foliar fertilizer made from 100% natural minerals; Zeosen, an Agritech division of the company producing animal food supplement made from 100% natural minerals; Biosens Health, a Biotechnology Research and Development company based in the United Kingdom working on cell rejuvenation, muscle regeneration and cognitive improvement; CEO of TechnoFood United Arab Emirates promoting awareness on global technological advances of Food Technology and Sustainability; and Managing Director of Fitch Holdings, a network of finance, wealth and investment strategist dealing with Private Placement Programmes including Merger and Acquisition; and AstraDux, management consulting firm based in Zug, Switzerland.  A swiss Fintech Advisory Company working on Stable Currency.

Dennis, a Rotarian who actively supports and promotes the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations as an advocate for better quality education, ending hunger and poverty and promoting good health and wellbeing. Also a UK STEM Ambassador; Former School Governor; and Mentor at The Prince’s Trust and School of Social Entrepreneur mentoring aspiring young entrepreneurs’ projects geared toward a social enterprise.

Dennis as teacher who completed Teacher Training Programme at Bolton University has been teaching GCSE Subjects including Mathematics, Computing, Business Strategy and Financial Literacy.  With a passion to making a difference, he launched an educational platform – STEM of HOPE, which is working in collaboration with other charities with a vision to eradicate poverty, end global hunger and promote quality education.
